Raleigh, NC
This session will explore a variety of federal, state, local and private funding sources that have been deployed in greenprint, floodprint, urban stream restoration, and other green infrastructure projects. Case studies from North Dakota, Arkansas, South Carolina, and North Carolina will be featured to highlight design principles, project objectives and the variety of funding that supported project development. One of the key takeaways will be to define and describe a “funding quilt” approach to project development, and describe how public and private sector funds are leveraged to support various green infrastructure projects.
