  • Rates & Times: A standard ride to the Gaylord takes roughly 3 to 5 minutes. Fares vary depending on demand and time of day.

  • Peak Surge: Expect price surges and longer wait times (up to 15+ minutes) between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM.

  • Drop-off Protocol: Ensure your driver drops you off at the specific Gaylord Conservatory or Cascade canopy closest to your meeting room, as walking from one end of the resort to the other can take an extra 10 minutes.

  • Gaylord Self-Parking: $37.00 per day/entry (plus applicable taxes).

  • Gaylord Valet Parking: $50.00 to $55.00 per day/entry (plus applicable taxes).

🚶 Walking Directions & Pedestrian Safety

  • The Inn at Opryland is within walking distance of the Gaylord. While sidewalks are available along much of the route, attendees should use designated crosswalks and exercise caution when walking near busy intersections.

  • For hotels along McGavock Pike, rideshare is generally the easiest and safest transportation option.
