Chris L. Yow, PE

Inflation has negatively affected everyone in our country over the past year in some way.   Both consultants and construction companies have likely felt these effects in a big way.   Mr. Chris Yow will present his experiences and lessons learned from two different economic crisis, including the 2008 recession and the most recent inflation crunch.   Specifically, Mr. Yow will outline common themes between the two periods and best management practices for engineers and designers to use during the pre-bid, bid and construction implementation (inspection) phases.
